Happening on 29th November 2025 at Kuantan, Pahang, this exciting online showcase welcomes passionate innovators from universities, schools, and industries across Malaysia and beyond! Main Theme: Green Minds, Global Impact
FIMiEx 2025 celebrates innovation that promotes environmental responsibility, sustainable development, and positive societal impact. All participants are encouraged to align their ideas with the principles of green thinking, resource efficiency, and long-term value.
This competition aims to:
• Stimulate innovative thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset towards sustainability.
• Offer a platform to showcase impactful and practical solutions.
SCOPE OF INNOVATION
1- Research-driven innovations (Novel ideas, conceptual models, and frameworks with practical implications), Technology Readiness Levels 1-3
2 -Product-oriented solutions (Digital tools, physical products, applications, systems, prototypes, and software that address real-world challenges), Technology Readiness Levels 4-9.
TEAM COMPOSITION
Each team consists of a minimum of 1 member to a maximum of 5 members. Each team must appoint a Team Leader for any communications before, during and after the event.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENT
Each team must comply with the requirements below for entry:

• Abstract (Max 200 words, in PDF)
• Proof of Payment
• Presentation Materials:
1. Online Poster and/or tangible product:
a) Poster synthetic paper
b) 100 micron
c) Size A1
d) Full color printing
e) Design template FIMiEx 2025
f) Finishing: Pipe
2. Submit your recording for poster presentation in the google drive provided.
3. On event day, the result will be announce accordingly.
